The new chairman, Francisco Reyn\u00e9s, will face a big challenge: new investment funds have a leading position in front of traditional protector La caixa.<\/p>\n

In 2016, US fund GIP joined Gas Natural buying two 10 percent parcel of shares to La Caixa and Repsol. Nowadays, Repsol is finalizing details for transfer 20 percent remaining to well-known CVC investment fund.<\/p>\n
