Mr. Ignacio Lascaray from ISIE (Instituto Superior de Inteligencia Emoncional), Director of the course, explained to the audience the reasons why Coaching is not a passing mod but a method which is among us to stay. The main of those reasons is that it is a method of proven efficiency. Thanks to Coaching it is possible to fix the right goals and also to achieve them, both in a personal and a professional sense.<\/p>\n
