Mino Auletta is the President of an Institution that looks for the excellence by solving disputes quickly and by offering to the clients specialized Arbitrators in any sport. In 2008, the CAS reached the record by solving 318 cases. 60% of the arbitrations are related to the football, 30% are associated to doping and the remaining ones are linked to competence, legitimacy and nationality.<\/p>\n
The President of the CAS also said to IUSPORT, in relation to the history and future of the institution, that \u2018Juan Antonio Samaranch was the main precursor on the foundation of the TAS\u2019. He also added up that \u2018Currently, this organization is accepted everywhere and he reminded the high number of cases solved by them during 2008\u2019.<\/p>\n
