Juan Jos\u00e9 S\u00e1nchez Puig, CEO of ISDE, had the honor of participating in the roundtable \u201cComprehensive Legal Training: Challenges and Opportunities in Today\u2019s Job Market,\u201d organized by Iuris Espa\u00f1a \u2013 URJC. This important space for dialogue offered a valuable opportunity to reflect on the future of the legal profession and public service.<\/p>\n

Juan Jos\u00e9 S\u00e1nchez Puig<\/b> shared his perspective on the role of universities in preparing the legal leaders of tomorrow, alongside distinguished figures such as Matilde Garc\u00eda Duarte<\/b>, President of the National Association of Large Retail Companies (ANGED); Ana Bel\u00e9n Mart\u00ednez Engu\u00eddanos<\/b>, Director General of the General Council of Court Representatives and co-founder of WLW | Women in a Legal World; and Dr. Luis Romero Santos<\/b>, criminal lawyer.<\/p>\n

On this occasion, Juan Jos\u00e9 S\u00e1nchez Puig<\/b> emphasized the importance of connecting legal education with the real labor market<\/b>. \u201cA good lawyer must first know the law. Then come soft skills, languages, and technology. But technical knowledge is essential,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n

According to him, educational institutions must act as bridges between academia and the professional world, forming legal professionals with a global mindset, strong listening skills, and ethical judgment. \u201cHonesty is profitable: it helps you earn trust, clients\u2026 and preserve your integrity.\u201d<\/p>\n

It was an enriching conversation about law, the market, and vocation, moderated by journalist Carlos Berbell, Director of CONFILEGAL.<\/b><\/p>\n

At ISDE, we advocate for legal training that is excellent, value-driven, practice-oriented, and aligned with the real needs of the market. Because law, properly understood, is a tool to transform society.<\/p>\n
