Turning Adversaries into Teammates<\/strong>\u201d, which will take place on 11-13 January, 2018 at the headquarters of Abreu Advogados, at Av. Infante D. Henrique, 26, Lisbon<\/strong>, Portugal<\/p>\n

This seminar, has been organized by the Mediation and Conflict Prevention and the Sports Law Commissions of the UIA<\/strong> (Union Internationale des Avocats<\/em>) with the support of the Portuguese Bar Association, the Iberian Lawyer <\/strong>as media partner and ISDE<\/strong> as the academic supporter.<\/p>\n

During these intensive 2 days and a half, top mediation and sports specialists will discuss the growing importance of mediation for sports disputes, showing why and how mediation should be utilized by pro sports to resolve conflicts in a fast and efficient way, especially aimed at conflicts concerning contract-related disputes, from a practical point of view.<\/p>\n
