Degree in Business Administration and Management E-2 from ICADE – Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
International work experience in institutions such as GRAMEEN BANK (Nobel Peace Prize 2006) in Bangladesh, as well as for different multinational companies (Iberia, Credit Agricole Cheuvreux Spain, N+1 Equities (Alantra) and Obrascón Huarte Lain).
Active team member in the creation of the Spanish broker: N+1 Equities (today, Alantra Equities).
His current position of Head of Investor Relations (Head of IR Team) in OHL, requires him to regularly participate in seminars and courses with both institutional and retail investors (both domestic and foreign). He has participated in different Roadshows in the USA, UK, France, Portugal and Spain and deals on a regular basis with regulators and relevant stakeholders (i.e. CNMV, London Stock Exchange, Irish Stock Exchange, Iberclear, rating agencies, relationship banks, clients, suppliers…).
He has also participated in numerous corporate transactions such as fixed income issuance, bond buybacks in secondary markets, capital increases and reductions, coordination of corporate and debt restructuring (i.e. Hive Down, Scheme of Arrangement, etc.), sale of litigation, asset financings and asset sales, and novations of banking contracts.
