- ISDE, COE and IBERDROLA lead the training of women managers
After the inauguration of the Women’s Empowerment Course of ISDE (Digital Law Business School), the Spanish Olympic Committee and Iberdrola, the future leaders, have started the course in an extraordinary place in the Goyeneche hall of the COE dedicated to their former President, Alfredo Goyeneche.
The students enjoyed the inauguration with interesting interventions, emphasizing the role of empowerment in our society, by Mr. Juan José Sánchez Puig, General Director of ISDE, by Mr. Alejandro Blanco, President of the COE and by Ms. Laura Gil, Head of Sports Sponsorships, at Iberdrola.
The empowerment of women is proving to be one of the ways to integrate, consolidate and strengthen the female role, not only reinforcing the institutions that implement it; but also creating a society that is fairer and more equitable in terms of functions, also creating synergies and efficiencies that make this trend unstoppable.
This commitment by institutions such as ISDE (Digital Law Business School), the COE (Spanish Olympic Committee) and Iberdrola makes them spokespersons for change. With this, they promote the strengthening of empowerment, creating valuable opportunities from the same podium of the Spanish Olympic sports showcase. Furthermore, the Course reinforces women in their leadership roles to assume managerial responsibilities from a position of trust.
ISDE is a university leader in legal training that reinforces the empowerment of these new leaders with transversal skills, such as assertiveness or positioning in a negotiating discourse. Necessary communication tools that generate certainty in unknown environments, fostering self-confidence and achieving the projection of an image of leadership.
Empowerment and employability are critical teachings in other ISDE training programs, such as the Global Master in International Sports Law, taught online, aimed at professionals whose activity is directly or indirectly; focused on the world of sports and who wants to develop their knowledge of international sports law.
