Access + Master in Law and Sports Management ISDE – Club Estudiantes – Grant Thornton
Law 34/2006 makes it necessary to take a master’s degree or access course and subsequently pass a state exam in order to become a lawyer.
However, passing these access studies is a necessary condition, but not sufficient to meet the specialization needs that are indispensable for lawyers today.
For those who want to develop their professional career in the sports sector, the Master in Sports Law and Management guarantees quality training, both to provide the best legal advice and to become a successful manager in the sports field.
The program includes all the fundamental aspects about the organization and management of sport institutions and entities, sport sponsorship and marketing, international sport arbitration or doping. It is a multidisciplinary theoretical-practical immersion that provides the basic content necessary for the lawyer or manager who works in the day-to-day running of the sport.
The program’s basic asset is its teaching staff, all of whom are top-level professionals, who will not only help students acquire solid theoretical foundations, but will always guide them in their practical application, in the situations, cases and environment in which they will work after completing the program.
The study phase of both programs will be carried out in parallel and subsequently the internships in the area of specialization will be carried out, which will also meet the requirements necessary to complete the studies for access to the legal profession.
