Jeffrey is a Vice President in Marsh’s Cyber Practice. In this capacity, he develops cyber risk management and transfer solutions for large domestic and global corporations. In addition to his role as a client advisor, Jeffrey’s work also focuses on sales, marketing, analytics, training, and thought leadership efforts. He has extensive experience presenting on cyber risk to business, legal, IT, and insurance audiences in the U.S. and Europe.
Prior to joining Marsh, Jeffrey served as an Associate Deputy General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) for nearly six years. In this capacity, he advised DoD on sensitive legal and policy issues pertaining to national security, compliance, and information management. Before his government service, Jeffrey worked for three years in the legal private sector.
Jeffrey is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center and Hamilton College. In December 2016, he completed a Certification in Cyber Leadership from the DoD-sponsored National Defense University.
